AANIYA is a contemporary fashion label dedicated to the art of handcrafted Batik. Every garment is individually created using traditional hand Batik techniques by skilled artisans.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, each piece is unique and may have slight variations that enhance its authenticity.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Product Authenticity
Every AANIYA product is handcrafted using traditional Batik techniques.
As a result:
- Slight colour variations are natural.
- Print placement may vary.
- Brush strokes, wax marks, hand-drawn motifs and textures may differ.
- Minor irregularities are part of handcrafted artistry and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Each garment is unique, and no two pieces will be exactly identical.
4. Product Images
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
However:
- Colours may appear slightly different depending on your device screen.
- Lighting during photography may cause minor variations.
- Accessories, props or styling shown in photographs are for presentation purposes unless specifically mentioned in the product description.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
6. Orders
Once an order is placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation.
- Orders cannot be modified after they are confirmed.
- AANIYA reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment issues or unforeseen circumstances.
If payment has already been made, the applicable refund will be processed.
7. Payments
We accept secure online payments through authorised payment gateways.
AANIYA does not store your debit card, credit card or banking information.
8. Shipping
Orders are processed within the timelines mentioned on the Shipping Policy page.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier services
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural calamities or other unforeseen events
AANIYA is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
9. Return & Replacement
As every AANIYA product is handcrafted, we do not offer returns or exchanges based on:
- Change of mind
- Colour preference
- Personal expectations
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor handcrafted variations
Replacement is available only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Customers must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened.
- Provide supporting photographs if requested.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable when:
- An order is cancelled by AANIYA.
- A replacement cannot be provided for an approved claim.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable banking timelines.
11. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

All content available on the AANIYA website, including but not limited to:

- Designs
